4 steps to overcome challenge & uncertainty

Challenge and uncertainty are natural aspects of life.  As we evolve both personally and collectively as a planet, there will be times where we may find ourselves healing the old or trying to figure out the ‘new’.

Learning how to navigate through those situations is a very powerful ability.

In this video I discuss 4 steps you can implement immediately to help handle various emotionally-charged experiences in life in a way that is healthy and supportive.

After watching the video, begin practicing these 4 steps this week to address any challenge or uncertainty that may arise in your life or business. Here’s a recap of the process:

 

  1. REVEAL IT
  2. FEEL IT
  3. HEAL IT
  4. IDEAL IT

 

I believe we all deserve to be happy.   That doesn’t mean we have to wait until some unknown time in the future for everything to be ‘perfect’.  It means finding ways to navigate through the challenge and uncertainly while choosing to be happy, NOW.   That requires us to nurture our emotional state-of-being while training ourselves to focus on what we desire and appreciate.

Some other helpful ways to handle challenge and uncertainty are: Laughter, Exercise, Meditation, Supportive Friends/Family, Creative Outlets, to name a few.
